Shipping + Returns

 

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within Edmonton on orders $50 and above. Please email us prior to ordering to request free delivery.

SHIPPING

We try and ship out orders as soon as possible.  Orders usually get shipped out from our studio within 1-3 days. 

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA:  

For orders $75 and above, expedited shipping is FREE.

We offer a flat rate of $10 for expedited shipping, on orders $74 and under.

We ship with Canada Post and approximate shipping times are displayed at checkout. Some delays can occur from time to time.  Orders will receive a tracking number from Canada Post.

Romeo Milan will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages and by placing an order with us, you accept the risk for this.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on Returns or exchanges, and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We know how hard it can be to shop online when you can't touch and feel and try on clothing.  We are a small business, but we want you to be happy. 

All SALE items are a final sale.  All pop up purchases are a final sale.  Regular priced online items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached may be returned for store credit.

To begin the returns/exchanges process for online orders, please contact us by email at info@romeomilan.com to make a return request.  Item(s) must be returned to our studio within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend that returns be shipped with a service providing a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Shipping fees are not refundable.  Once your return/exchange has been accepted and your items received by us, the balance will be refunded to shop credit upon the return of your items to Romeo Milan.
